Apartment and location

      Which apartment du you have and where is she?

Our apartment "Caterina" is located in Alghero, in a quiet residential area near the beach Maria Pia, in Via Joan Mirò 10, 1st floor (with elevator). The license number of the apartment is: IUN.GOV.IT/P0138

Is it easy to get around town without a car?

In any case, yes! The apartment is in an excellent location. The AC bus, public transport (bus stop 100 meters away), towards the center. Towards the sea it is recommended to walk (about 1000 m).

In addition, with the free private parking in front of the building and in Via Joan Mirò, you can completely eliminate all parking problems.
We come by plane. How can we reach the apartment?

From the Alghero Fertilia airport (only 7 km away) you have at least 3 easy options (in 15 minutes): with the ALFA bus (hourly, ticket price 1.50 €), by taxi (with costs) from 25 € per trip or with our transfer service (only on request).

Conditions of stay

What is the minimum stay period?

7 days in July and August; 3 days in the rest of the year.

Booking period, based on availability (not subject to fixed days of the week).

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Delivery of the apartment on the day of arrival from 15.00 onwards (possibility of advance delivery time, if the apartment is already available) Check out: from 04.00 am within 10.00 am on departure day.

To avoid unpleasant waits, it is necessary to agree via e-mail or telephone arrival time within the previous day.

What is included in the price of the stay?

Included in the fee: Availability of the fully furnished apartment. Electricity, water and gas consumption, use of washing machine, use of air conditioning, free Wi-Fi; free private parking, final cleaning, tourist tax and 21% rent tax. Linen is changed weekly. Mandatory for the cost of the stay to be added: bed linen and towels on request for a fee of € 10.00 p.p. for change.

 What additional services do you offer?

 On demand:

 Linen supply (sheets and bath towels): € 10.00 per person for each additional change.

 Bus tickets for public transport, € 1.00 per ticket.

Family-friendly

Are families welcome?

Yes, in any case. The family apartment was specially designed for families in 2016. Ideal for families with up to 2 children. On request, a cot for a further toddler (up to 15 kg) can be provided. You can see the variations in our website on the photos. Two single beds or a bunk bed and the travel cot. The second bedroom can be prepared according to your wishes from us to your needs. Only on reservation. Otherwise, there are always 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom.

The apartment "Caterina" was awarded on 05.06.2019 as the first apartment for its family friendliness in Alghero with the registered trademark "ALGHERO FAMILY" of the city of Alghero and return it to the city on March 8th, 2021 due to less willingness to cooperate. 

Can we travel with small children?

Yes, for families with small children, we offer the following items for use by prior arrangement: child seat (for the dining table), baby bottle and porridge warmer, changing mat, children's table and chair, children's plates and cups (in plastic), LED night light and for the taller ones we have traditional board games etc. (more info on our website: "ARRIVING WITH CHILDREN").

Hospitality Card

 If we book with you we will get the "HOSPITALITY CARD"

 Our prices include the tourist tax of the city of Alghero, from 05.12.2017, the Hospitality Card is available for our guests.

 An advantage to visit different historical and cultural monuments at a special price.

 Available from your arrival until the day of your departure.
