  PRESENTATION OF THE APARTMENT

   The apartment 47 m² and 17 m² balcony, Energy Class A+, located on the 1st floor (with lift) an apartment building which was completed in 2016.  Open all year.

  Families welcome.

  Certified by the city.

(We offer different options in the children's room, e.g. 2 single beds or a travel cot for children up to 3 years of age or bunk beds for 2 children and a travel cot for 1 child up to 3 years of age. Only by prior arrangement, otherwise this is second bedroom with two single beds.)

• Cooling and heating by air conditioning "inverter", in every room (3), individually adjustable.

• Hot water supply through combination of collectors
  and gas water heaters.

• All devices at least energy class A+ or A +++

• Large balcony, about 17 m² furnisched with table and seats (with afternoon - evening sun)

• In our information folder you found all useful and interesting information, of the apartment and the the environment concern.

• The apartment is fully furnished:

  one living room with kitchenette, glass ceramic hob (2 cooking zone), hood, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, Refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine,  table with four chairs, sofa (2 pax), 1 flat TV 40 '' + SAT (ASTRA) and  1 flat TV 32'' in the bedroom.

• Balcony (17m²) with table and 4 chairs.

• Bathroom (4,5m²) with shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, washbasin and washing machine.

• 1 bedroom (12m²) with double bed 160x200 cm, nightstands and 2 door wardrobe.

• 2nd bedroom (10m²) with 2 beds or bunk beds (on demand) 80 x 190 cm and 2 door wardrobe.

• And for our little guests (0-3 years) we have a travel cot (120 x 60 cm) on demnad.

• In-house guest parking and free public parking in front of the house.

• Bed linen, towels and beach towels
  are included.
  The laundry is changed weekly. 
• In accordance with international safety standards, we offer you: smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, Emergency cord in the bathroom anf first aid kit.
