• Window glazing, facade insulation, etc. according to the latest standards,

• Air conditioning A ++, heating A ++ (heat pump) individually adjustable in all three rooms,

• no use of single-use plastic, mineral water bottles only PET,

• Shower products such as shampoo etc. made from recycled plastic, 100% recyclable coffee capsules,

• Domestic waste is differentiated
